Determined to eliminate the stigma or belief therapy is only for fixing people who are “broken”, this therapist wanted her website copy to speak to people who are craving more.

One pain point discovered in the market research process highlighted just how confusing many therapists websites can be. They are often difficult to read, don’t clearly state pricing or availability, and tend to highlight so many specialties that it is difficult to tell if the therapist can actually help. 

For Kim we focused on simple language that spoke to direct needs, highlighted specialties Kim actually specialized in, and ensured that pricing and contact processes were easy to understand and follow.
