Based in Philly (and tragically allergic to cheesesteak), Haley is a trauma-informed marketing strategist and copywriter with a knack for writing exactly what you’ve been trying to say.
Armed with an MS in Strategic Marketing and Advertising and 7+ years of experience supporting clients across industries, Haley is here to take the marketing industry by storm – helping values-driven business owners create ethical marketing strategies that mean something.
When she’s not working with clients or ranting about online business buzzwords you can find Haley playing with her pitbull, Roxy, getting hooked on the latest Bravo drama, or starting another craft project that will likely never be finished (sometimes all at the same time!).

Alicia DiGiovanni
Copywriter
What began as an internship with Sony Music has turned into a 6+ year career in copywriting and marketing strategy. Alicia has worked on an agency level with local Philly favorites, like Love City and Yards, and had her hands in the strategic planning of global giants such as Ikea before finding her home here at Propegy®
When she’s not writing, strategizing, or overthinking, you can find Alicia dancing to a funky tune, throwing clay on her ancient kickwheel, or reading a really cool book.
